Appendix A Rate Adjustment: Rates R, TOU, SC, SC3P, LP1, LP2, LP3, LMS, IPS-KWW, and IPSC may be adjusted on the basis of a Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor. This adjustment is based on changes in the cost of purchased power.
