LIGHTING SERVICE

SCHEDULE SL-E

AVAILABILITY:
Available to any member of the cooperative for outdoor lighting in and around parking areas and vehicle access roads.

CHARACTER OF SERVICE:
Schedule SL-E is a dusk to dawn lighting service using photo electric photoelectric controlled equipment. This is an unmetered, energy only rate. All equipment including fixtures, supporting structures and electrical apparatus beyond the point of service supply shall be owned, installed, and maintained by the customer. Use of electrical service provided for under this rate is strictly limited to area lighting as requested by the customer. Any services of the Corporation other than the sale of energy will be billed to the customer at the Corporation's labor and material rates.

RATES:
Rates for furnishing unmetered electrical energy is on a lamp basis. All fixtures shall be connected directly to the Corporations secondary service line and shall be lighted and extinguished by a photoelectric control. The hours of operation are estimated to be from 15 minutes after sunset and 15 minutes before sunrise for approximately 4,380 hours per year.

Incandescent Fixture:

100 Watt $2.25
In the event another wattage is used, the cooperative will use a per watt fee of $0.019, plus an operating fee of $0.35 per lamp to determine the monthly fee. ($0.019 x 100 watt + $0.35 = $2.25)

BILLING:
The security light charge shall be so identified whereby the member can readily determine its charges and shall be due and payable at the same time and on the same terms as the member's regular bill for electric service.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
The customer may request termination of service at their option. The Corporation may terminate service 30 days after written notice to the customer of improper maintenance of the lighting system.

INTERPRETATION OF RATES:
The interpretation of application by the Cooperative or by any customer of all rate rules and regulations included in this tariff shall be subject to review by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) or other regulatory body having jurisdiction by the cooperative or any customer

MISCELLANEOUS NON-RECURRING CHARGES:
Customers served under this rate schedule shall be subject to the miscellaneous non-recurring charges as stated in Appendix B, and may be charged as applicable and in accordance with the current Rules and Regulations as adopted by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).
