THREE PHASE SMALL COMMERCIAL

SERVICE RATE RATE SCHEDULE SC3P-1, SC3P-2

AVAILABILITY:
This rate is available to three-phase commercial customers whose monthly billing demand does not exceed 50 kW. Customers who demonstrate an average monthly billing demand of 50 kVA or greater over a 12-month period may be served under the appropriate Commercial Power (LCP) schedule.
HCREMC reserves the right to maintain service under this rate for existing customers currently served under this rate.

TYPE OF SERVICE:
Three-Phase, 60 hertz service where available at the following standard voltages:
120/208 4-wire Wye, 120/240 4-wire Delta, 277/480 4-wire Wye or 480 3-wire Delta as otherwise available in territory served or other voltage as might be mutually agreeable.

RATE (MONTHLY):

FACILITY CHARGES:
Three-Phase $32.33 PER MONTH

ENERGY CHARGES:
FIRST 2000 kWh $0.08612 PER kWh
OVER 2000 kWh $0.06317 PER kWh

APPLICABILITY:
Applicable for small commercial 3-phase use incidental thereto supplied through a single delivery point for the total small commercial 3-phase usage with installed transformer capacity of 50 kVA or less. The capacity of individual motors served under this Schedule shall not exceed ten (10) horsepower without consent from the Corporation. Any facility whose operation adversely affects the quality of service to other REMC customers, or the operation of REMC equipment, will be disconnected if the problem cannot be resolved.

MINIMUM BILLING CHARGE:
The minimum billing charge under the above rate shall be $32.33 where 30 kVA or less transformer capacity is required. For members requiring more than 30 kVA of transformer capacity for three-phase service, the minimum billing charge shall be increased at the rate of $1.20 for each additional kVA, or fraction thereof, required.

RATE ADJUSTMENT:
The above rates are subject to a Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor as defined in Appendix “A”.

CONDITION OF SERVICE:
All wiring, poles, lines, and other electrical equipment beyond the weatherhead for self contained service, or beyond the metering point for underground or instrument rated service, shall be considered the distribution system of the customer. The customer's distribution system shall be furnished and maintained by the customer and shall meet the specifications of the National Electrical Code and the Corporation's Service Rules and Regulations. The meter will be furnished and installed by the Corporation; the meter base will be furnished by the corporation and installed by the customer.

MISCELLANEOUS NONRECURRING CHARGES:
Customers served under this rate schedule shall be subject to the miscellaneous nonrecurring charges as stated in Appendix B, and may be charged as applicable and in accordance with the current Rules and Regulations as adopted by the Utility Regulatory Commission of Indiana.

INTERPRETATION OR APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE:
The interpretation of, or the application by the Corporation or by any customer of rates, rules and regulations included in this tariff, shall be subject to review by the Utility Regulatory Commission of the State of Indiana or other government body having jurisdiction.
