Rate Adjustments

The Rate Adjustment in rates R, TOU, LCP, SC, SC3P, UBS, IPS, and IPS2 shall be on the basis of a Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased power.

--Rate Adjustment based on Power Cost Tracker is applicable to the above listed Rate Schedule
